Weak until some turn but from some point uncotrolabble steamroll and only thing frustrating on horde playing is to cornering an enemy who will retreat and resettle. Those campaigns are complete opposite to Norsca. If anyone want to try some chaos, please, try chaos itself or beastmen.
Overall this campaign is frustration lvl 100. They are literally only faction, which have a worst agent pool, recruit agents always on lvl 1 and are useless on campaign map to do anything, even for scouting and vanguard, they get wounded as fast as some by-passer come arround, punch him and incapacitate for 5 turns :D :D Norsca is no exception, they just can't have rest of movement after razing to at least retreat or be able to encamp yourselve for being abble to carry out their duties right on next turn.Īnother part is agents. Who, if anything else, make much more money from razing settlements but also doesn't need to encamp for healing. When i am into stances, they are not even comparable to chaos. Even imperials may have more attributes, followers and miscelanious to move through your lands more effectively than you do in exchange for AI reduced attrition. So at least i wanted to say, you have a huge boost to movement and have movement stance to overcome those bloody mountains and their passes. On the other side, since you have no real friends and everyone is in war with you( not even countrymen, who you decide to let live, trade with, cooperate with will not make any deal with you unless you are above 100 or more of relationship but first you need to overcome aversion, with your OWN BLOODLINE AND COUNTRYMEN- while every ***** long ear, dwarf, breton or imperial tolerate each other and have technologies to boost relations for +50). Wait what? noooo you can't aside maybe first 3 of them, because you need to raid regions 50 turns away from you( such imbecile annoying mechanic, no wonder, CA= creative assembly :D). As satisfaction, you may at least be doing hunts.
Once you dare to move one of the stacks to help another one, AI will provisionally send armies to attack you. So situation is, that they need to get every income, fight opportunity as much as possible, but they also need to pick fights really carefully, because they stand outnumbered since turn 50-60 like 200:1, because each faction you meet will auto- declare war you on sight just from custom and from this point on, they have anything else to do than harras you so in the end you switch from feared raider with 2-3 stacks into sitting home, trembling if DE, HE, Bretonia, Empire or maybe even dwarves in this point come for you = 0 income from anything aside raiding your own provinces for reduced upkeep. They base income is non existent- they should be raiding, sacking and fighting- ok. Why must be this beautifull faction so painfull to play? Just why? They suck at everything.
